esta cancion fue escrita por el cantante senegales Youssou N'Dour en 1994 siendo un gran hit en ese año, la cancion habla sobre los primeros 7 segundos de la vida de un bebe, ya que por esos primeros 7 segundos el bebe no sabe nada malo, no mira nada malo, no discrimina, es un alma pura y pacifica, sin deseos de hacerle mal alguno a alguien.

esta cancion ahora es interpretada en conjunto con la cantante britanica Dido, y hoy mas que nunca esta cancion es tomada como un himno para lograr la paz mundial.

esta agrupacion a grabado 11 trabajos discograficos obteniendo 4 discos de platino y 6 de oro, son considerados como el mejor grupo de rock uruguayo.

sus canciones son muy peculiares en las cuales cabe destacar "me amo" cancion que muestra el demasiado carinio, amor que se tiene una persona llegando al punto de un egocentrismo exagerado. "asi soy yo" refleja lo pelaverguista que es, persona que no le importa nada, no esta de un lado ni de otro. "yendo a la casa de damian" cancion la cual todo rima!! y no tiene mucho sentido, pero igual es una gran cancion llena de comedia. "el dia que artigas se emborracho" esta cancion que esta incluida en el disco "el tren bala" causo mucha polemica ya que segun el ministro de cultura de uruguay en dicho tiempo dijo que era un insulto al procer artigas, intentaron demandarlos pero el fiscal no encontro nada malo y es logico ES UNA CANCION no un atentado hacia la nacion.
y asi como estas hay muchas mas canciones increiblemente buenas de esta agrupacion.




otro grupo que recomiendo que escuchen es "los amigos invisibles" su estilo es similar (no tan satirico como el cuarteto)

"el arte de las musas") es, según la definición tradicional del término, el arte de organizar sensible y lógicamente una combinación coherente de sonidos y silencios utilizando los principios fundamentales de la melodía, la armonía y el ritmo, mediante la intervención de complejos procesos psico-anímicos.

para mi....

la musica es una expresion del alma, de los sentimientos de cada persona, ya sea si lo escuchas o lo interpretas, es algo que nos libera, que no nos juzga, es eso que llevamos dentro del corazon, el "soundtrack" de la vida, lo que nos entiende, lo que nos da un apoyo cuando no estamos bien.

regresando a la vida, con una nueva idea, los momentos retro, una vez a la semana para recordar la mejor musica de nuestros viejos jejeje

en esta ocasion les traigo la cancion de chicago "street player", y se las traigo mas que nada por que estoy arto de que en cualquier tiendita, celular, bar y todo lugar donde haya una mini bocinita apunto de quemarse, suene la cancion de pitbul con calle 8 (la rola por mi gran ignorancia no me se el titulo) pero quiero demostrar la falta de creatividad de este artista ya que plagea el ritmo basico de esta rola, y para que la mara sepa lo que es verdadera musica.
